The distance helps in particular: development teams often no longer see the technical uncertainty in hindsight that carries an application.

Yes. The models are not fixed stages. Some organisations start with a framework agreement, others with a single project. What fits we settle beforehand and adjust as your situation changes.

An experienced grant or programme manager works inside your team for an agreed period, with your processes and your systems. That is not advice from outside but additional capacity from within.

That depends on the model, the project and the scale of funding. For the Forschungszulage we work entirely on a success basis.
