Alexander Machowski joined the Ignite Group in December 2024 and heads up the Business Development department in Sales.
With over five years of experience in the subsidies industry, Alexander has gone through and had a lasting impact on the entire process—from telephone acquisition and customer meetings to building successful sales teams.
This experience gives him a deep understanding of new customer acquisition, both from the customer’s perspective and from the sales perspective. On this basis, he continuously optimizes our internal sales processes to ensure that we operate in line with market requirements and provide our customers with first-class advice.
In addition, Alexander actively contributes his expertise from his studies in international business administration and his experience with international employers to the strategic development of the Ignite Group.
His ideas help to develop, promote, and successfully implement new ideas within the management team.
