Melanie Schröder completed her technical college entrance qualification at the Technical College for Economics in Saarbrücken in 1992. She then went on to complete her training as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk in 1994 and gained extensive experience in the automotive sector, particularly in accounting and customer service.

Today, Melanie contributes her expertise to ZIM project controlling and is responsible for invoicing, accounting prep, and vendor payments. Her careful work and dedication have led to all training subsidies for 2024 being approved. She has also successfully participated in special programs and the implementation of occupational health topics. Melanie is a valuable member of the back office team and plays a key role in ensuring that internal processes run smoothly.
