With her background in Market & Management Anthropology, she asks sharp questions, reads organizational cultures well, and can strongly empathize with clients. Raised in entrepreneurial Netherlands and active in the family business, she built a solid network within family businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Within Ignite Group, Pien identifies and utilizes grant opportunities for social innovation. She combines her anthropological perspective with practical project guidance: from sharpening the question and choosing suitable regulations to writing compelling applications and guiding implementation. We guide the entire process, with visible impact as our goal.
