Udo is a highly experienced consultant specializing in European funding programs for both the private sector and public administration. He has developed specific expertise in project development and project management of subsidized European projects (ERDF, INTERREG, UIA, and POP). Udo works across a broad range of areas, including circular economy, energy transition, labor market, technology, and education.

Extensive Network in the Netherlands and Europe

Udo undertakes a variety of assignments for different municipalities. In addition to his strong network in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Region, he also maintains valuable contacts with national and European funding bodies and has an extensive partner network in Brussels. Udo is known for being a team player, pragmatic, creative, a bridge-builder, and possessing coaching and leadership abilities, all while being enthusiastic.

Udo studied Social Geography at the University of Amsterdam (1997) and furthered his education in project management of EU projects at the European Academy for Taxes, Economics & Law in Berlin.
