Lisan is a consultant in the EU/NL team. She graduated in 2018 from the University of Amsterdam with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, specializing in Neurobiology, and a major in Business Management. Given her affinity for and interest in project management and teamwork, she has leveraged and further developed her knowledge in the field of subsidies after completing her studies.

Lisan has extensive experience as a subsidy advisor in both project management and content guidance. She effectively applies this acquired knowledge in her current role at Ignite Group. Achieving optimal results in collaboration with applicants is a key aspect of her work as a subsidy advisor, and it energizes her. Her experience and knowledge in the cross-section of IT and the subsidy landscape, combined with her background and desire to make a societal contribution, make her skills and interests highly relevant as a subsidy advisor in the EU/NL team. She combines this with great enthusiasm in guiding organizations through identifying both national and international schemes and managing the entire application process, from writing to project management.
