Jan earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Twente and later completed his studies at Radboud University in Nijmegen, graduating as a public administrator with a specialization in organization and management.

Advising and Process Facilitation in Policy, Innovation, and Subsidies for Public Organizations

Jan joined Ignite Group as a Consultant, where he focuses on advising and process facilitation in the areas of policy, innovation, and subsidies for public organizations.

Since 2020, Jan has been the initiator of the Development Fund Cleantech Region, working with a wide range of regional stakeholders to establish, organize, and develop the fund, as well as preparing the associated Regional Deal application. Additionally, Jan is involved as a process facilitator with the Development Fund Regio Zwolle, collaborating with the policy program team to effectively manage the revision of the subsidy regulations.
