Auke joined Ignite Group in 2012 as a subsidy advisor. With his technical affinity and organizational skills, he has supported many of our clients in setting up their subsidy processes. He then played a central role in the further professionalization and growth of Ignite Group, initially as the team leader of a broad WBSO team and later as Business Leader Digital Services.

Leading Organizational Change

In his role as Business Leader Digital Services, Auke led a reorganization that shifted the focus more towards substantive expertise. This ultimately led to the decision to integrate commercial staff, both inside and outside sales, into the growing consultancy teams.

Passion for Process Optimization

His extensive knowledge of the organization and passion for process optimization have been applied to various internal projects, including the implementation of a completely new, company-wide CRM system. Additionally, he uses his leadership skills to ensure that relevant subsidy information reaches the right people at the right time, working closely with the database team on the development of a new, modern database and its associated service positioning.

Auke studied Business Administration at the University of Twente (MSc. in 2011) and has complemented his education with various (management) training courses in recent years.
