Thekla has been a member since January 2026 and brings a diverse background in business and entrepreneurship. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from FH Münster, with a focus on marketing, sustainability, and law, and additionally completed a technician qualification in agricultural economics with a specialization in nutritional science (ecotrophology).

Professionally, she has built two coworking spaces and brought the startup accelerator Gateway49 to Norderstedt (Schleswig‑Holstein) as a satellite location within one of the spaces. She also advised startups on pitch decks and effective pitching strategies.

She served as Deputy District Spokesperson of the Young Entrepreneurs (Wirtschaftsjunioren) Segeberg, where she helped connect business and politics and actively contributed to the development of the network. In Hamburg, she worked with a business magazine, further developing executive‑level (C‑suite) training programs for women and supporting sales activities.

Today, she works as a Network Manager for ZIM networks with a commercial focus. She is driven by a strong passion for innovation and change, both of which have shaped her professional journey from the very beginning.
