As a finance employee, Simon strengthens the Finance team. Simon gained knowledge through completing a business administration program (MBO level 4). After this, he started studying Finance & Control, where he acquired theoretical knowledge. Although this did not result in a diploma, he brings this experience with him to the Finance team.

Ignite Group gives Simon the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge he has gained in practice. He mainly focuses on processing bank transactions, purchases, and sales within the Finance team. This allows Simon to continue developing and improving his financial skills.
