Niklas Blau is studying Maritime Transport and Port Management (Industrial Engineering) at Jade University in Elsfleth and joined the company in September 2022. He is involved in various projects, supports innovation management and handles his own tasks in the internal organisation. The professional expertise he gained during his time in the navy, various internships and jobs is just as useful to him as the knowledge he acquired during his studies. In addition to his work as a student trainee, Niklas will also write his bachelor’s thesis on the topic of profitability analysis for one of Ignite’s ongoing projects.
