Jon joined Ignite Group in February 2025 as an Associate within the M&A and Corporate Development team. In this role, he contributes to executing Ignite Group’s active buy-and-build strategy.

Prior to joining Ignite Group, Jon worked at BDO in the Transaction Services department, where he gained experience that he now applies to realizing Ignite Group’s growth strategy.
