My name is Fleurie Teunen, and I am an intern in the HR team. I am 21 years old and in my final year of the Facility Management program. For my graduation, I am doing an internship at Ignite Group, where I am researching the facility processes within the organization. I am also looking into the structure of the emergency response team (BHV – bedrijfshulpverlening).

During my internship, I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge and skills in facility management in practice. I am analyzing the current facility processes and looking for opportunities for improvement. Additionally, I am investigating how the BHV structure within Ignite Group can be optimized to enhance safety.
