Since 2025, Brecht has been working as a consultant at Ignite Group. In 2024, she completed her MSc in Strategic Innovation Management at the University of Groningen. During this study, Brecht delved into how companies can continuously adapt to new developments and how they can implement innovations sustainably. She also completed a minor in Law, which is very useful given the many regulations encountered in this work. Ignite Group offers Brecht the opportunity to combine her academic background with the major transitions companies face and to work on various projects and regulations, both regionally and nationally.
