Aila brings her experience from projects in international ship repair, her commercial training and her studies in maritime transport and port management to the table. During her training, Aila discovered her passion for efficient processes, order and managing chaos, and was able to discover her affinity for innovation processes. Today, as part of the team, she specialises in innovation and project management. Aila works on various projects focusing on these areas. Always eager to learn new things and ready to lend a hand, she supports our customers in the automotive, IT and research sectors.
