Chiel is a consultant at Ignite-Group and part of the Public-North team. With an MSc in Economics and Governance from Wageningen University, he strengthens our expertise in EU and environmental-related regulations. During his studies, Chiel conducted in-depth research on the effectiveness of the Dutch adaptation of the Common Agricultural Policy and delved into various aspects of public administration. His background in economics also makes him skilled in financially oriented projects.

At Ignite-Group, Chiel combines his expertise in economics and governance to support public institutions in finding suitable schemes, with the aim of achieving meaningful social impact. He has experience conducting subsidy screenings for public organizations and guiding application processes.
