As HR Manager, Gery leads our HR team in the Netherlands. In the coming period, the HR team will focus on professionalizing HR tools to ensure that Ignite Group can accommodate its rapid growth. Gery has years of experience in the HR field, both in the public and private sectors. Her expertise lies in change management, leadership, and organizational development. In addition to this experience, Gery has a passion for systemic thinking within organizations.

Gery has been working at Ignite Group since July 2024. She looks forward to collaborating with the HR team to further support the organization’s growth.
