Since 2024, Linde has been working as a junior consultant in the Public Team, based in Venlo. She studied Political Science at Radboud University in Nijmegen, where she also took courses in psychology, sociology, history, and culture. In 2024, she earned her MSc in Political Science, specializing in Political Theory. While Linde has a strong theoretical background, she believes it is equally important to apply theory as a foundation for solving practical issues. During her studies, she developed a particular affinity for policy topics related to emancipation and social justice, which have now translated into an interest in securing grants for social and community-based initiatives. She also has a personal interest in art and culture, making her an enthusiastic partner when working on projects in that sector.

At Ignite Group, Linde has the opportunity to further develop her skills and apply her diverse interests to a wide range of projects and programs within the public sector. She is able to channel her passion for language and effective communication by translating complex regulations into successful grant applications. Linde is well-versed in the political and societal issues that are important to municipalities, and she feels right at home in the municipal landscape. She draws energy from both the process and the outcome of her assignments, with a particular focus on making sure that her work positively impacts people and society.
