After studying Industrial Engineering at the University of Twente, Leon started as a consultant at Ignite Group, following a few years as an internal grant coordinator at a large healthcare organization. He is now the Team Leader for Innovation North at Ignite Group.

As Team Leader, Leon believes it is important for Ignite Group employees to fully develop and pursue the career paths they aspire to. After all, according to Leon, employees are the only true capital. As a born-and-bred Twentenaar, the core value of “pragmatism” resonates well with him, but pushing boundaries—both internally and for our clients—is something that is actively encouraged and embraced every day.
