Leon Alexander Neu works as a Junior Sales Manager at the Ignite Group. In this role, he is responsible for acquiring and developing enterprise clients in the area of innovation and funding projects. His focus lies on conducting structured needs analyses, preparing tailored proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.

In addition, Leon manages strategic client relationships and identifies targeted cross-selling opportunities. He actively supports the further development of the sales strategy through sales enablement and represents the company at industry events.

Another key focus of his work is building out the Ignite Group’s enterprise segment. In this context, Leon also helps establish new partnerships.
