Dr. Jens-Dieter Kolb is an experienced sales manager at Ignite Group with a doctorate in human and molecular biology from Saarland University and Homburg University Hospital. His research in the field of neurodevelopmental biology has given him a deep insight into life sciences and genetics, with a particular focus on genetic regulatory mechanisms in brain development.

In addition to his scientific expertise, Dieter is also a DHFGP-certified fitness trainer in the field of preventive back training. In sales, he brings extensive experience in 360-degree sales, both inbound and outbound. He has developed internal sales structures and processes and implemented measures to improve sales processes, including lead management.

Dieter is currently a member of the Ignite Group’s personnel committee, where he advocates for the well-being of colleagues and implements large internal projects. His combination of scientific background and sales experience makes him a valuable member of the team.
