Henk began his career at Ignite Group in 2007 as a Junior Consultant and has advanced within the organization to the position of Group CEO & CEO of the Netherlands. A sociology graduate (2007), he draws his motivation from bringing people together and empowering them to make a significant impact in the field of subsidies. This is reflected in the growth of the organization and the development of its employees across various areas. Henk enjoys taking initiative and inspiring and motivating colleagues to do the same.
