Freia joined Ignite Group as an office manager after an acquisition. She quickly transitioned to the HR department at Ignite Group, where she could further develop her passion for supporting people and organizing processes. With her broad background and experience in the grant world, she is well-versed in the dynamics and challenges within the grant consultancy field. This knowledge enables her to provide valuable insights and contribute to the strategic goals of the HR department. Her core task within the HR department is to ensure that all HR administration runs smoothly and efficiently. She does this with great pleasure and dedication, together with her HR colleagues.
