We believe in complete transparency about how we use technology. Our AI note-taking tool is only used during conversations where this has been announced in advance. Participants can always choose not to participate in recorded conversations.

What happens to your data?

Use of AI technology

For processing conversations, we use advanced AI models from renowned suppliers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. Important to know:

  • Your conversation content is not used for training AI models
  • There is no data retention with external AI suppliers
  • Processing takes place according to strict security protocols

Your rights

Access to your data

You always have the right to access transcriptions, recordings, or summaries of conversations you attended. Please contact us for this.

Retention period

We only retain conversation data as long as necessary for our services and legal obligations. The standard retention period is 180 days.

Right to be forgotten

Would you like your data to be deleted? Send a request to [email protected]. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR guidelines.

External processors

We work with carefully selected partners who meet our high security requirements:

  • Fireflies.ai: For recording and transcription of conversations
  • Anthropic/OpenAI: For AI-driven analysis and summarization
  • EU-gebaseerde cloudproviders: For secure storage of data

All partners have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and comply with GDPR requirements.
