Roelof joined Ignite Group in August 2023 as a manager within the M&A and Corporate Development team. In this role, he is responsible for executing the active buy-and-build strategy, both nationally and internationally.

Roelof brings with him the knowledge and experience gained at Deloitte (Transaction Services) to help realize Ignite Group’s growth strategy, which is mapped out together with the board and the London-based private equity firm to strengthen Ignite Group’s market position.
